Big Buck Hunter is a hunting arcade game developed by Play Mechanix, Inc. in 2001. The success of this game spawned a series of sequels including Big Buck Hunter II, Big Buck Hunter Call of the Wild, Big Buck Hunter 2005/2006, and Big Buck Hunter Pro. Play Mechanix and Raw Thrills have taken the hunt outside the states to the African Safari in Big Buck Safari (Spring 2008). Most recently, the iPhone version developed by Super Happy Fun Fun was released (Fall 2009), along with Big Buck Hunter : Open Season (Fall 2009), and just released in late December 2010 is the new "Big Buck World", which combines the Big Buck Hunter : Open Season games along with an updated version of Big Buck Safari called "Big Buck Safari : Outback".
