Armored Core 3 is set a century after an apocalyptic event, when humans have built an enormous underground city and wars between groups wielding huge robots (Mechs) set the tome of the age. You control some of these robots and manage a number of strategic elements to successfully complete missions. Enhancements from previous titles in this series include larger environments, multiplayer gameplay (up to four players can play with a Multitap), and easier robot control with the use of the analog stick
